I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Russell’s. We absolutely love our new ducted heating - “how did we ever live without it”. From the minute we walked into Russell’s the experience has been a great one, all the staff are so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.
The boys arrived on Friday to do the job and the weather was challenging but they were amazing, doing their best to keep mess to a minimum. Wayne co-ordinated the work without a hitch and is an awesome guy, he is so friendly helpful and he went out of his way to make sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times. The young guys working with him were awesome also, such lovely mature friendly boys and so respectful. Wayne was great with them and this was reflected in the way the day flowed and the job was done so well, all being finished by around 2.40 which was amazing considering all they had to do and they left the property spotless.
The electrician Steve and his apprentice arrived and again same experience as above. I would like to commend you all on being such a great team. We will be highly recommending you to everyone. Can you please make sure that everyone, especially all the tradies, are given this feedback from us.

We searched everywhere for a decent looking gas log fire - found the Escea at Russells. They installed it with a TV above it and a mantelpiece. It has added an extra living area to our home (one that we never used previously). In fact, we now look forward to the winter.

Yesterday your company installed a gas log heater we purchased into our premises at Ringwood North. I am writing to advise how pleased we are with our purchase and how impressed we are with your company. Your installers were prompt, polite, professional and experienced. There was a problem with some of the parts supplied in the box being the incorrect size and they overcame this problem very quickly and continued on with the installation. As agreed per our contract they removed the old heater and associated materials and also took them from our property for disposal. I cannot praise Russell’s Heating and Cooling highly enough and am only too happy to be used as a reference at any time.
