Your 3 workers were here promptly at 8am this morning and efficiently went about their work. They all represent the company very well!
This business, I am told is entering 3 generations of operation and as I mentioned to Lynda it feels like it’s been there forever. My Grandfather used to get bottles of gas for us in Belgrave when we got a heater (3 generations in one home too) so your business must be doing something right to have last all those years!

Unfortunately criticism is handed out too freely these days but I believe praise and thanks should be expressed more so, especially for a job well done.

Many thanks to Ewen & Clint for the installation of the Rinnai overhead radiant heater in our patio area (per the log fire competition last year).  Paul & Aaron did a great job of the install this morning & the Rinnai appliance appears to be built to the usual high standards that I’ve known to expect from them.

Time permitting, we are quite happy to act as a reference for you to discuss or demonstrate our Rinnai 950X gas log fire or the new radiant heater in operation.  In particular we have been very satisfied with the log fire & it is now used almost entirely for our home comfort heating.

We had a ducted heater and split system installed in June and we would like to say a big thank you to the 2 chaps that did the installation.

They were very friendly, polite and did a wonderful job. They were very impressed with the work Steve had pre done for them inside with the inlet grill / duct and the outside with altering the brickwork on the house and laying new concrete pavers for the unit to sit on.
They worked away with no fuss at all and cleaned up and removed all rubbish.
We are very happy with how everything was done.

I just wanted to touch base and let you know how impressed I was with your fitters today (Matt and Brent). They did a great job. There was a difficult fit with one of the ductings and both attacked the challenge with professionalism and overcame the issue.

I am most impressed and when I find out how to do it, I will send you some pics of that effort.  FYI, the heater and new ducting configuration is working well.
